About the Course

This Alcohol Awareness Certification course will teach you how to sell and serve alcoholic beverages legally and responsibly in Washington D.C.

Being certified means understanding how to recognize intoxication, the importance of ID checking and many other things that can keep your customers and your establishment safe. This awareness training is aimed to educate sellers, servers, owners, and managers of dram shop law and district law pertaining to alcohol service.

Server Training Requirements

Alcohol Certification Training is required for all managers of licensed establishments every three (3) years.
