Upon successfully completing our Arizona Title 4 BASIC/Management Alcohol Seller Server Training course and final exam, you will be able to immediately print your 2 official certificates of completion. (One document will contain both the BASIC certificate and the Management Certificate). It will also be emailed to you.
Your certification is valid for 3 years from the date of course completion.
If you lose your Certificate of Completion and need a replacement, you can log back into your account and print additional copies.
Liquor License Owners, Agents, and Managers actively involved in the day-to-day operations of the business are required to complete a state approved Management Title 4 Training Course prior to the issuance of a Liquor License or approval of a Management Agreement. Since BASIC completion is a pre-requisite for enrolling in and completing a Management course, this training provides both.
