Upon successfully completing our Arizona Title 4 BASIC Alcohol Seller Server Training course and final exam, you will be able to immediately print your official certificate of completion. It will also be emailed to you.
Your certification is valid for 3 years from the date of course completion.
If you lose your Certificate of Completion and need a replacement, you can log back into your account and print additional copies.
Arizona liquor law does not require that all employees of a licensed establishment have Title 4 BASIC training. Some licensed locations may require this Title 4 training of their employees as a term/condition of employment.
